We collect: name, email address, shipping address, billing address, phone (optional), payment information (processed by our provider — we never see or store card numbers), order history and site usage data.
3. How we use it
To process your orders, take payment, ship products, provide customer support, send transactional emails (confirmations, tracking) and — with your consent — send marketing emails you can unsubscribe from at any time.
4. Sharing with third parties
We share your data only with: our payment processor (SumUp), our carriers (USPS, DPD, specialist freight), our email provider and authorities where legally required. We never sell your personal data.
5. Cookies
We use cookies strictly necessary for the cart/checkout and, with your consent, analytics cookies to improve the store.
6. Your rights
American and EU residents may request access, correction, deletion or object to processing. Write to privacy@mowmaaster.shop. We respond within 30 days.
7. Retention
Orders are kept for 10 years for tax and warranty purposes. Marketing preferences are kept until you unsubscribe.
